MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Phil and Ann Fiest and Angeles Alvarez Ruiz. Set out below is our property management service.
· Cleaning and preparing your apartment for yourself and your guests.
· Transport to and from the airport at Murcia (Alicante by arrangement)
· Provision of welcome packs
· Weekly check of your apartment and car.
· Checking for plumbing problems, watering plants etc.. Obtaining lettings
· Property Sales
· Small building works Undertaken
· Servicing of air conditioning
· Legal Service Available for your Wills, sales etc..
· Translations - Reasonable Rates,

MANAGEMENT PACKAGES:Pack I:
- Key holding € 150 per year. 150€ per year
Pack II:
- Key holding and weekly check. 200€ per year
Pack III:
- Key holding / weekly check.
- Make apartment / Villa Ready for guest.
- Turn on electricity and water.
- Hand key to receive guests on arrival and on departure.
- Ensure guests understand working of appliances.
- Be on hand to assist guests.
- Always be available by mobile phone to give.
- Advice and help.
- Letting service available. 360€ per year
VILLA MANAGEMENT:
Pack I:
- Weekly check of property inside and out.
- Meet and greet guests.
- Overseeing repairs.
- Normal hours call out. 360€ per year
Pack II:
- Weekly check of property inside and out.
- Meet and greet guests.
- Overseeing repairs.
- Normal hours call out.
- Gardening. 400€ per year
POOL MAINTENANCE AND GARDENING
- Swimming Pool Maintenance 90€ per month (including chemicals) (unless there is a major problem where it has been abused and the pool needs extra chemicals or the pool has not been maintained during the winter months.)
- Grouting and any other jobs to be carried out on the pool to be priced separately.
- Gardening to be priced on an individual basis according to garden size.
All types of gardening can be undertaken.
EXTRA SERVICES:
Rates per apartment for cleaning, approximately 85m2, before or after the rental:
- 1 bedroom approximately 75m2. 50 €
- 2 bedrooms approximately 85m2. 65 €
- 3 bedrooms approximately 95m2. 90 €
- If the property is a larger than 95m2, we will have to recalculate the price.
- Transport to Murcia aiport. 40 €
- Transport to Alicante Airport. 120 € Plus tolls (Transport charges to be paid at commencement of trips)
